The video/slides explain the supplements listed below.
Any of these 3 should work:

The convenient, pre-diluted version:
You can also buy oregano essential oil, but you’ll need to measure out how much to take and dilute it. The Aura Cacia brand has a bottle for C$9.60. I’d probably just get the pre-diluted version, it’s so much easier to deal with.
As a supplement / sleep aid: https://ca.iherb.com/pr/nature-s-way-calmaid-clinically-studied-lavender-30-softgels/43054
Essential oil is cheaper but not convenient: https://ca.iherb.com/pr/now-foods-essential-oils-lavender-1-3-fl-oz-10-ml/79008
This is a ridiculous amount of mushroom:

Not sure what the expensive version does: https://ca.iherb.com/pr/nutricology-artemisinin-90-vegetarian-capsules/4389
The iherb house brands like 21st Century and Lake Avenue are trash (you may not absorb a lot of magnesium), don’t get that one. Doctor’s Best should be fine???
There are different forms of magnesium. Magnesium oxide is one that your body won’t absorb well.
Magnesium oxide has difficulty dissolving in water and is not absorbed into bodily tissues as easily as water-soluble magnesium salts, such as magnesium citrate, magnesium chloride, magnesium lactate, or magnesium malate.
Magnesium Oxide: Health Benefits, Nutrients per Serving, Preparation Information, and More.
Magnesium citrate is used as a laxative agent and generally produce bowel movement in one-half to three hours… so watch out for that one.
I’m not sure which is best, sorry. Here’s an example:
Don’t buy this from iHerb. Get the following UK product because it’s 10mg lovastatin (monacolin K) per capsule:
Ebay sellers usually ship internationally:
*WARNING: This is the same molecule as the prescription drug lovastatin. It has side effects like ‘Coca-Cola pee’ (see a doctor if you get rhabdomyolysis!!) and muscle pain. This is very very similar to the prescription drug so don’t be stupid.
Here are some other supplements that people are trying. Not sure if they’re worth buying, but here you go. You don’t have to go crazy and buy everything at once because you can just place a second order and you’ll probably get free shipping.
This is NOT the same as artemisinin. See this post for an explanation.
The iHerb brands are usually low quality but this should be fine:
