Even if you just want to vent, it’s all good.
Hey I finally have the money to afford HBOT in Cyprus. The cost is half of what I’d have to pay. I didn’t book anything yet, because I have some minor doubts. The clinic in cyprus is working with 2.2 instead of 2.4 bar. Thats an 8.3% difference. I really can’t tell how much of a difference this makes. Also their sessions go 90 minutes…
Maybe asking a gas compression / medicine expert would be the right thing to do? The clinic themselves claim that from their experience, anything above 2.2bar is not worth it. Here is their website: HBOT - Hyperbaric Oxygen | Apheresis Center
edit: they also say they do 20 minutes of pure oxygen and 5 minutes of “normal” air.
Cheers

The Shamir medical center study was using 2.0 ATA.
Intervention
Both HBOT and sham protocols were administrated in a multi-place Starmed-2700 chamber (HAUX, Germany). The protocol comprised of 40 daily sessions, five sessions per week within a two-month period. The HBOT protocol included breathing 100% oxygen by mask at 2ATA for 90 min with five-minute air breaks every 20 min. Compression/decompression rates were 1.0 m/min. The sham protocol included breathing 21% oxygen by mask at 1.03 ATA for 90 min. To mask the controls, the chamber pressure was raised up to 1.2 ATA during the first five minutes of the session along with circulating air noise followed by decompression (0.4 m/min) to 1.03 ATA during the next five minutes.

I have some brief comments about ATA here.
Did you already try HBOT locally? Some people react really badly to it so you may not want to commit money into it until you’ve tried it.
