Kevin McCairn has been promoting the McCairn-Edogawa Protocol for vax injury (and Long COVID). When facing criticism of that protocol, he went after his critic with antisemitic remarks like “hook nose”. That phrase references old derogatory caricatures of Jewish people.

It’s crazy that desperate patients are paying tens of thousands of dollars for a protocol from a guy whose antisemitism is so unhinged.
Previously in the thread, he uses the phrase “full Shlomo”. Shlomo is a common Jewish name; to use it in this manner, Shlomo is a stand-in for somebody being Jewish. He’s attacking the person for simply being Jewish.

Hasbro seems to be a misspellling of hasbara. Critics and opponents of Israel often define hasbara as state-sponsored propaganda. I personally don’t see the word hasbara (or criticism of hasbara) being antisemitic, though others argue that criticism of Israel or zionism is antisemitic.
But the point is this: the Israel-Palestine conflict is not the topic being debated. Hasbara is randomly being brought into the conversation to attack the person’s nationality and/or Jewishness.
