Canadian provincial court rules that patients have no privacy rights when the CPSO wants to violate them

A number of lawyers and doctors are fighting legal battles against the CPSO (Akbar Khan, Rocco Galati, Michael Alexander). Unfortunately, Rocco Galati lost his most recent battle.

Ontario court rules that patients have no right to privacy when the CPSO wants to access any medical records that it wants to access. One of the reasons why I’m done with Ontario’s discriminatory joke of a healthcare system.
