This class action turned into a dumpster fire. However, here’s the details anyways… their website is below:

And here are their fundraisers:

Canada

In Canada, the political situation is bad so that you may run into judges where are extremely biased about vaccine injury for political reason. This is a huge problem if the judge makes you pay the other side’s legal costs, which can be incredibly expensive. I have a compilation of Canadian legal cases at Long Haul Wiki. The Sonja Kustka case is particular noteworthy because the patients fought for their privacy of their medical records so that the CPSO could not go through them as part of their witch hunt against doctor Sonja Kustka. The patients lost and had to pay costs. They were punished by the judge.

[Ontario] Mandated by employer (or university): there’s a freedom movement lawyer who is doing some of these types of cases. Ping me and I’ll try to dig up his name.

There are 2 class actions. Consumer Law Group class action: CLG class action for Canadians injured by any vaccine

Grey Wowk Spencer LLP (the injured have to pay for this class action? so it’s not attractive): COVID-19 Class Actions - Grey Wowk Spencer LLP.

United States / Ohio

If you’re in Ohio and you were mandated, you might look to Danielle Baker’s lawsuit as a template for what you can do. Make sure that you start the legal process BEFORE the statute of limitations runs out. Ping me in the support groups if you need to contact her.
